Talented and multi-award winning actress Nadia Buari has premiered her movie “the Diary of Imogen Brown” last night at the Accra International Conference Centre.
‘The Diary of Imogen Brown’, directed and produced by Nadia Buari, is a true life story themed on the usage of drugs. It features Nadia’s brothers Majeed Sidiku Buari and Jameel Buari, as well as Soraya Mensah, Heba Khaled, Kevin Boateng, Prince Mingles, Beatrice Dadson among others.
The grand premiere of the movie saw the attendance of the cast and crew, including Nadia Buari, Jim Iyke, Prince Mingle, Beatrice Dadson, Soraya Mensah and other celebrities like Stephen Appiah, Sandra Ankobiah, Gloria Sarfo and Confidence Haugen.
Imogen Brown is a successful business woman who had what most women wished for. An incredible daughter, a great home, a diamond business empire and a handsome boyfriend. Unknowing to her, her envious boyfriend Tyler Graham, who had been having an affair with two of Imogen’s closest friends, was only interested in her wealth. After many failed attempts of persuading Imogen to marry him so he could take over her company. He decides to walk out on their 6-year relationship. In trying to get over the pain of the heartbreak, she meets Stanley Coleman who introduces her to all kinds of drugs and as a result becomes an addict.
